Found the book. It's been a long while since I've looked at it and this particular book was published in 2016, so things could be different by now. I forgot there were so many protocols. You can put it in a spray bottle and spray it on or for mold/fungus put it in a carrier like Vaseline (because it clings) Might want to hit the library it's not the easiest read haha. Anyway the bottles I have were from Exclusive Wellness Club. They have a video on youtube.
