If you don't think palmistry is legit, go ahead and study reflexology like I did. You'll find the missing links.

I'd started a massage course to go onto reflexology, and hot stones, it has always fascinated me, I had a bandage therapy where they apply a mix of essential oils & dead sea clay to the skin & it helped detoxify my system, helped my lymphatic drain, my cellulite evened out, I also self educated my self with foods, herbs, and natural ways to help your system help it self get better.

i would love to know more about the clay, i have a detox rash that just wonโ€™t quit.

dead sea clay when placed on the skin draws water from the skin, but the bandages when placed around the body & on the skin help drain the lymphatic system, I ended up doing this myself as it is a therapy that has got less & less available locally here in my area of England

i have clay, i just donโ€™t know the best way to use it. Do you put it in the skin dry

yes, place a towel on your bed prior to putting clay on, you also need another blanket or a emergency foil blanket, lay it all out on your bed. Then in your bathroom so you can wipe up the mess, put clay in hands & swipe upwards around your body, you can use ordinary crepe bandages around your limbs & torso, I struggle because of arthritis to put them around so I have an old stretchy thermal cotton top which I put on, & put the bandages on my legs. leave feet free, does not need to be really thickly covered on your skin. Then get in your bed cover over with towel or the foiled blanket, tuck yourself in, lay for an hour!!! remember to play your meditative music whilst you do it & whilst laying for an hour. I usually have a lovely smelling bath afterwards to wash it all off, rather than a shower that parts upto you. Any more Q's just ask
