For me, it isn't a negative...
It is like being tuned into a radio station and all the other stations are either static or a distant language.
I first started to feel it around 1992. If I am doing the right things spiritually, I feel the presence. It does the same things you mention, it wakes me up, it keys me into danger, but most of all, I never feel alone. I call it the holy spirit, and like I said, it is contingent on daily maintenance.

Yes, That is perfectly said. I have felt the static as well and I'd say that would be more like what I get more often than what I experienced Saturday and Sunday. I've not experienced that in probably 10 years.

I'd like to know. I have researched it but nothing describes it. It's like an entity is trying to connect in a physical way and they succeed. I'm big into psychology and logic and reason and try to always put something rational onto things but I'm also very spiritual and have experienced things that are just beyond that makes it impossible to call it something that follows the laws of physics.
Thank you for letting me know I am not alone. I bet there are others to that just don't feel as if they can speak of it but I do believe they are sane and experiencing something yet to be proven. I wish there were more answers and not so many questions. lol 💝
