I guess that would depend on what you believe as far as Earth being flat or round. If round, then could be possible. If flat, then it couldn't be, because firmament.
Something interesting to think about it is the numerous sighting of UFOs (USOs) going in and out of the water.
Videos like that and others like it could be put out as another layer of disinfo. Shows "round" earth while at the same time giving credibility to "space".
