In the search of Q posts, what becomes immediately clear, is that the word "foreign" has been deliberately separated countless times into "fo" and "REIGN" in capital letters.
Whether this is for now or not, I don't know, but this particular mis-spelling is definitely meant to be seen at some point. That much is for sure.
