Here in TN we have 100's of 1000's of ppl that live an hour or more from the work place in cities like Nashville that require a rather long morning drive some up to 2 hours one way per day.

At some point the fuel prices could cause an economic cascading domino effect.
In US Diesel fuel is used to deliver most of the goods including fuel. It is a component of the cost of everything including non-diesel fuel. It is my understanding that many municipal water filtration systems depend on diesel trucks to deliver and haul away.
Many are saying to have 2 weeks to a months worth of water and food for those in your families. Many canned goods packed in water can help be a part of your water need.

Nana has also been reading up on the new machines that pull water literally from the air. I really hate to buy with when I know that new technology will start rolling out once we get past this like dominos tho. the cheapest one that I have see so far is about 2k.
So families might go together for one. I think that one makes a few gallons per day.
Here in TN maybe more with our high humidity levels.

Yes but I have heard some talk about the water plants are dependent on truckers for maintaining the water supply running, plus I have pay them every month and unless we win soon [they] will probably find a way to keep poisoning us thro the water that will bypass all the water filters. I just like the idea of water from air I guess

I have wondered lately too if boiling water will make tap water safe.
You know they used to tell us that it does but they have lied about everything else.

Awesome Neo thank you looks like it needs to either be a reverse osmosis machine or one of the new machines that makes purified water from air. We have sooo much humidity in TN I am sure that will work well too.

I had to do some digging but found a water filter that removes the bad stuff plus the really bad fluoride. It is not good for people with thyroid problems or maybe it is one of the causes..idk.
Can you please share the info on your filter? I had a lot of recommendations for the Berkey water filter, but their fluoride filters have been out of stock for over a year. I really want to find a good alternative. If anyone can recommend a good water filter that also diminishes fluoride, I would greatly appreciate it!

You really have to read the info on filters. Most DO NOT REMOVE FLUORIDE. Don't get fooled. This is the one I found that does what I want it to do. The filters last a long time and we test the water periodically to make sure they are performing. All different prices but it doesn't have to be expensive.
