I was an Assistant Manager at a KFC in Michigan. This statement is not true for all. Our chicken came a chicken farm. I had to weigh the chickens that came in cause the Owner had been scammed before, he wasn't going to have it happen again. Our restaurant was spotless as well. Good Owners & good Managers will do that.
Did you happen to see any heads, beaks or feet on these chickens?
Or were they pre-cut and ready to go?
They were the whole chicken you would buy in a grocery store. This was back in the 1990's. No beaks, feet or head. Like I said maybe in some KFC'S but not the Owners I worked for & he had 5 stores.
