Never eat "fast food" and prepare fresh food as much as possible using fresh ingredients.Buy organic, Non-GMO foods and replace all bottled & canned beverages with filtered alkaline water. It may not be convenient, but it is healthier. Most illness comes from having acidic bodies and processed and fast foods contribute to that acidity. Cancer cannot survive in an alkaline environment.
