So true. Keep your child healthy by doing these things:
Healthy well balanced organic diet
Adequate hydration with filtered water
Limit sugar, fast food, carbonated beverages
Plenty of exercise outdoors in the sunshine
Play, laughter, fun
Good hygiene
Spiritual care/ prayers/ songs
Sound moral education
Lots if love, touching, hugging, holding
Limit use of TV, devices, movies, avoiding "scary" or dark " entertainment"
Encourage socialization with emotionally healthy friends
