It is a battle, and I think the older you are the harder the battle.
Nana thinks that it is also a physical thing happening because "time",as we know it, is speeding up for real and the frequency of the Earth is changing and our bodies need time to catch up and adjust.
Also gives us more time to connect with our soul and find and enhance our connection to God's consciousness instead of some of the less important task we have been doing.
