Shingles (herpes zoster) is basically the chickenpox virus that remains dormant until the immune system is weakened or compromised and it reactivates.

Spot on, most people that have received the vax have a weakened immune response. It would make perfect sense to see an outbreak of shingles especially in the elderly. Since they called the flu "covid" they can call shingles "monkeypox."
