Someone figure out what the two missing g’s mean. The word “eatin” is written twice instead of “eating”. On another note, way to intermittent fast, those first 7 pounds is water weight. Now the tough part. Cut the carbs, add the protein, and get a kick by eating coconut oil. If you’re tummy starts to hurt then drunk coconut water mixed with regular water. I’m up to 5 tablespoons of coconut oil per day. Talk about an anti-parasite, anti-viral, anti-aging, anti-bacterial, and anti-inflammatory panacea! For a kicker I make my own fermented garlic and eat a few cloves a day! I’ve been intermittent fasting since 2014!
