There are too many people to thank but I can try.@martingeddes has been a profoundly important voice in our family. He was naming yesterday the toll that this has taken on most of us. We don't bring it up often enough, in service to our effort here, but it is very worth naming. We can shelf it for now but if we don't name it, it's simply avoidance.
