Idk hun Nana is not a doctor or nor do I offer medical advise, but what I can tell you is that I never had ringing nor any noise in my head until 3 yrs ago and it has been the constant never ending sound of cicadas ever since.
Not ringing but cicadas and my guide has made me understand that it is my frequency and that is how he finds me.
I cant speak to anyone else whether it is a medical condition or what it is.
Yeah, the cicadas give me in the winter the feeling that's summer.
It's at the evening even more intensiv, but good to sleep quickly.

At my feeling it's so that i don't dream and move directly to the REM Phase.
Nah I sleep like a rock, I dream a lot, wake up talking in my sleep a lot, many times things that I dont even know the meanings of the words really. If I dont record them as soon as I wake up I will forget then within a minute or two tho.
I have gotten used to the cicadas, every once in a while the sound gets so loud that I have to turn on other frequency music.
