Hi! Good morning everyone. Can i get tips for managing PTSD? Im doing all the things, but mornings and nights are the worst. My therapist is pushing Lexapro, but my history with antidepressants is they dont work for me. i live in FL and have an MMJ card, but feel like it makes me more tearful. Any advice would be most welcome. i don't have a local support system and im really struggling. tia

Have you tried centiva instead of indica? What about edibles? Indica in my opinion is more of a downer. I don’t like it. I have chronic pain after a really bad accident 3 yrs ago and PTSD. I like REIKI massage. It helps with your inner light. Regular massages also help. You can reach out to me just to talk if you need.

I have too. Worst thing for us. Just try little outings. For me it’s my yard. But it’s a big step for me. Baby steps.
