Hi! Good morning everyone. Can i get tips for managing PTSD? Im doing all the things, but mornings and nights are the worst. My therapist is pushing Lexapro, but my history with antidepressants is they dont work for me. i live in FL and have an MMJ card, but feel like it makes me more tearful. Any advice would be most welcome. i don't have a local support system and im really struggling. tia

i can only speak in a general way as dont know your specifics but the trauma has to be released. If you can feel the emotional pain, cry those tears as long as it takes , its the best therapy and healing. Ive spent years and years on working through emotional issues and healed many physical problems and always sleep soundly. Maybe find a spiritual healer who knows how to work with this type of release.
