Agreed. I tried to reactivate my account; it sent a link to my phone bc I forgot my password, then Twitter tried to assign a totally different name to me. When I tried to go back after resetting my password, it said they didn't recognize the phone # (not on file) to which they just texted a link, which is how I reset my password. It was a weird loop.
