The other aspect is they are blocking out the sun to slow the wake up process.
They screwed up the weather systems so much that if they stopped cheming right now, there would be more hurricanes and tornadoes.
For a short period they seemed to stop when Trump got into office - maybe 2017/2018? And, here is VA they do not seem to be as bad as they were. We never seemed to have a day with real sunshine before. Now, we have sunshine and beautiful blue skyies again.
