I have come to realise that I have been wrong in many beliefs about myself, my life, the world. There is a painstaking process of unwinding and unlearning. The cultural and spiritual programming runs deep.
This all takes time and energy. I am experiencing how our world makes that difficult. Even to the point of loud drilling starting upstairs every time I go near a certain book!
I will pray for You Martin, and the matrix pushes us when it detects us finding our strength, its like an evil self preservation technique, trying to pull ya back in through distraction or annoyance to unsettled moods.
