Thank Q Kim...I needed that. Help raising 2 beautiful small grandsons, taking care of two elderly parents, and I as well haven't got to do the Q drops, but, I do my best to share what feels right. Multi-tasking by listening to podcast and checking all the social media. Can't do the stuff I love by deep diving into research as I used to do back when I had time.
