I just spent ten minutes scouring for a photo of her birth parents and I found NONE.
I scoured for a photo of her childhood family with her birth parents and found NONE.
I did find one photo of her with her younger siblings. The article it came with said they contacted the next older sibling to get the scoop on Jill and she told them she was advised not to talk about their family.

I thought the same.
They also look like a family she was "adopted into" to make Jill "one of them".
Something not right is there.
And the way she is sitting on a stool on the side makes it look like she was photoshopped in.
I put it in photoshop and did a lot to play with the contrast in lighting which usually reveals something shopped in. The low lights and highlights fit right in with the rest of the image so I think it is a real photo. That it is the ONLY one I could find of her birth family, whether she is with them or not, is strange. She is the Presidents wife. Where is her childhood?
