A young friend, a woman with 3 young children, told me she is dead inside. She said the world is a terrible place with nothing but abusers, liars, cheats, pedophles, porn and drug addicts, users, etc. She said happiness is only an idea. This gal is so broken. I told her, "Happiness doesn't come from other people, it comes from within. It's not an idea, but a feeling. You create your own happiness. Don't let the negative things that others do and say to you define who you are. You're not garbage, worthless, stupid, insignificant. Take every thought captive! You're wonderful, blessed and loved!

Your friend sounds like an empath on overload. Empaths HAVE to take time to heal themselves daily. She needs to meditate or pray and above all else STOP LISTENING TO MSM. Since everything goes straight to her heart this is a very difficult time for her..she needs a strong couple of empaths that she can rely on to help her energy stay positive. She can do it herself but that is harder and harder still if she doesnt even know she is an empath...
