the great thing about barbecue sauce homemade is she really can't screw it up...
it's all what you like.
depending on the location of influence. some like vinegar based some don't.
some like sweet sauce others don't.
some like some with kick...
I personally like a homemade dry rub on the top of my ribs less saucy more dry.
it's always good to use molasses that's what I know, gives you iron too and gives the sauce a rich flavor...

I haven't had the proper ability to cook and I love cooking almost as much as I love eating haven't been doing much of either since I left the poison-house.

I actually see myself in a lot of it. my first husband found out where I was living when I left him, and broke in and nearly beat me to death.
He looked me in the eye and said "did you ever think I may be possessed?" I said I'm sure you are, and got kicked again.
God has always held me even when I didn't know it.
I am now married to a wonderful man who helped raised my kids, and all of them call him Dad. I am also blessed that he is awake with me now. Don't feel bad for telling your story. someone may take something they need from it. God bless you sister. ♥️🙏
