Most are corrupt and owned by blackmail. Some could have even been mind controlled and/or drugged to get compromising pics of them with children but most imho were bred into it.

Let me tell you that no probably many even well intentioned probably have no clue. This is why is was so easy for Soro's to infiltrate ALL of America from the local Election Commission and pee-on IT directors of local juristictions. Most local border members on local, state, & federal cant even make heads or tails of simply financial statements or budget documents much less understand the legal, scientific, or IT information placed in front of them.
Nana worked for local govt as Treasury Director for over 2 decades and sadly, each month when I had to give the county commission a report maybe 2 out of 18 had the slightest damn clue what I was telling them.

Term limits, definitely. It may not be practical, but any decisions that personally benefit Congress members (i.e., salaries and raises for themselves and their staff, rules regarding outside income sources or other conflicts of interest while in office, etc.) might could go on election day ballots. Voters should have a say in how their taxes are spent. We have been shown all too well that those who are elected to represent us only represent themselves.

I think their salary needs to be low and no stock market investment.
