30 year old's back in time looked like 70 year old's because they have lived 70 years our time.
Truth speaking requires strength and discernment. You've lost your edge when name calling and insults enter the conversation.
Or....life was much harder at that time. They grew their own food, built their own homes, raised their own meat, and medical and dental care was scarce.

Think about what you are saying. Right now we strive to eat as healthy by growing our own unprocessed foods and raising our own hormone free meats.
Most people can agree that 1 hour when they were a kid felt a lot longer than it does as an adult. If we remove what everyone has told us what conclusion would you come up with going by just your personal experience?
in following that train of thought, I'd say it depends on your perception of time.. Time as relative to the observer. This observer can choose to shift perspectives of time given their conscious awareness within the observing state, or naturally without fully realizing it has been done. This could be as simple as someone saying "it feels like just yesterday we were here" ~ while this same Timeframe to someone else Feels like it was long ago. Similar to the idea that an hour felt a lot longer when we were younger, the core of this seems to be our perception or Feeling of the passage of time. Now, if we look at those beautiful moments where time seems to stand still or even becomes completely irrelevant, there we fluently transcend 4th dimensional thought process and enhance spiritual clarity of our existence outside of time. Thus, linear reality can be seen for what is, a perception. A construct. And ultimately, a non-barrier to the limitless eternal being we know our selves to be.. :)
