Absolutely! The same ole game the democrats and others have been playing for years, give corrupt politicians in a corrupt run country American tax dollars, and then the corrupt foreign players then turnaround and contribute some of the taxpayer’s money back to our corrupt politicians through speech payments, consultation fees, political donations/contributions to campaigns or, politician’s so called “foundations”, or “non-profit foundations”, etc., etc. It’s the same ole corrupt political money laundering schemes/games that no one does anything about because both sides apparently do it.
