Its Merkel with Biden holding a glass of wine like in the prison ship photo. I don't understand Michelle either. Someone just shared it on another platform and I remembered this post from yesterday with Merkel drinking wine and added this to support that is what she does in the daytime- sip wine, for people doubting that is her on a ship.
