I had to learn that lesson the hard way. I had resentment and anger for many years against a good friend. I left her in charge, and she failed big time. Went to sleep in the middle of the day but put 5 young children down for a nap. Her three year old got her matches, started a fire. 2 babies died.
I was sad many years but worked hard to support my 2 remaining children. Once I was able to forgive, things got better. But never saw her again, so I couldn't tell her.
