How many times have we gone Defcon 2?
DEFCON 2 has only occurred once, that was during the Cuban Missile Crisis when Cuba threatened to launch missiles against the U.S mainland.
I believe we went to level 2 in 1991 during the Gulf War also

That is what I thought, but this site did not say that. I would have also thought that we went to that level during Vietnam. It sure as hell felt like we were there.
