It feels like we're undergoing "faith titration" where only those with the most faith (from discernment and diligence?) refuse to buckle to despair as "the precipice" approaches.
Speaking as a strict orthodox hedonist, I don't plan to have anything less than fun at any point in this journey, no matter how hard or uncomfortable it becomes.
