Nana lives in TN, allow me to explain.
I have known this man my whole life.
The Prentice Cooper family are from my town and were the elites here always. My ex honey went to high school and college with him.
He is part of the old Dem party in TN.
Most all local elections my whole life have been nothing but Democratic. While TN votes many times on Presidents on both sides of the isle, local offices were always Dem. Having said that realize that half the Dem party here were actually Republicans.
Hell we never even had Republican primaries until......
wait for it.......
until Obummer got elected!
In his first term as President, it only took most Dems about a minute to see what a mistake it was and Dems left the party in droves.
So the real deal is that even tho almost all ppl here were registered Dems, ppl here really just voted for the person rather than the party. Then Obummer got elected and force most to start having Gop primaries and leave the Dem party.
