It is true fear can kill you. Fear, anxiety & stress produces harmful hormonal reactions in the body when these emotions are sustained. They weaken the immune response and make a person more vulnerable to disease. This is why as a nurse I learned that reducing a patients fear and anxiety would help them heal faster. This is why the fear mongering in this so-called " pandemic" was my first red flag. 🚩
