Can I sue Coinbase?

I bought a bunch of XRP and they basically shut down my account in December without any warning and they won't respond to my emails.

Is there a way to get my XRP, outside of Coinbase somehow?

Hi Doq, I used Coinbase all the way up until Jan 19th to buy XRP and transferred it to my wallet just fine. I don't know why they closed your account in December!!

Was it a substantial amount? I've heard of Coinbase doing this before.
