I found a lil rabbit hole in that IRS criminal investigation of Hunter and James Biden, that possibly links them to the Royal families of Sweden, Norway and the Netherlands:
Who is ERIC SCHWERIN?
1) He appears last on the list of 4 who's bank account records are subpoenad,
2) According to Daily Caller, Eric Schwerin was Hunter Biden's business partner for BHR partners and advised Hunter:
“BHR is due to have a significant distribution in 2019 because of the CATL exit,” Eric Schwerin wrote in a November 2018 email to Hunter Biden.
Schwerin also told Hunter Biden in December 2018 he can expect BHR to generate income for him “over the next couple of years,” one email shows.
3) It appears he was Senior Policy Advisor for the U.S. Dept of Commerce from '01 to '02 - link,
