Hydrogen peroxide poured over the wound; let it bubble and fizz as long as it will. Rinse with water. Repeat the hydrogen peroxide pour, bubble and fizz. Keep repeating. When hydrogen peroxide no longer bubbles and fizzes, rinse with water, put Neosporin on and a bandage. Change bandage every few hours, check the wound and, if it looks a little nasty, repeat the hydrogen peroxide regimen. If it still looks nasty after the second bandage removal, go to the doctor.
