I just go by what I actually see on the ground. Trump's exec order at the end. General says smooth transition into military power. DC not 'normal'. Got to know what you believe and take everybody with a grain of salt. I think LOW manual is in play from what I see though. What do you think?

I agree. At this point we can filter out the things that don't quite seem right. People come and go, but I've always found Juan to be the most consistent of all commenters. His observations always seem to be in sync with that point of view-- of the LOW manual etc.
