Wasn't it a massive asteroid hit in Greenland that caused that reset about 12,000 years ago? Great flood, and all that? Ant people, underground cities? There is a native American tale which describes coming up to the earth's surface after much time spent underground. I had previously thought it referred to a long arctic night, but now it seems a cataclysmic event at the end of the Younger Dryas may have been key—One which required shelter below ground and threw us back into a glacial cycle.

The Great flood was before that event and yes earth did get hit with a stray small asteroid and tsunamis went around the globe. For about 1-5 miles inland depending on elevation. That was 12,328 years ago.

Nibiru is supposed to carry a debris tail, as it is a very heavy body (iron) 4 times the size of Jupiter, it has other planetary bodies orbiting it, this all attracts debris to it on its long orbit, and, depending on Earths location as it passes, that debris tail can impact Earth too.

This is what I have read, but whether this is the actual cause is speculation.

I also wonder if Nibiru was involved. From what I hear, its proximity will cause many volcanoes to explode.

if the so called planet makes a revolution around the earth every 3,600 years it would have been recorded after the 420,000 year mark.
