A lot of doom and gloom about the Supreme Court Ruling today but this was a necessary step.
Military tribunals cannot be held for non combatants UNLESS the civil judicial system has failed.
The Supreme Court did not uphold the Constitution and has failed.
Let the tribunals begin.
