I forwarded this link on to others. Heard back from one her server would not connect to the link. SO I was checking to see if I could find the original location of this Prez's speech. OF course you could guess It cannot be found, but all of a sudden there are MANY posts disavowing the existence of such a speech. And most of the info is years or months old.
