It’s tricky because you cannot impute intent from the accumulation of resources. Could have althrustic or philanthropic or charitable plans for the cash. Sometimes you have to make money to prove a course of action is “sane” in a paradigm where cash is the metric of rationality (as medicine-for-profit is).
