I was reluctant to even share it until I could try to assess the possibility of it actually happening.
An engineer confirmed in the comments that it is not only possible, but unfortunately, likely to happen.💔
I posted a link to a Twitter account that had posted that video, only it was a shortened version of the one you posted. It was only 8 seconds long, and just showed the first kid with his head smoking.
Someone commented that the kid had been shot in the head with a tear gas cannister.
BUT...your video shows three people who look like they all suffered the same fate as the first person.
So would riot police actually shoot three people in the face with the tear gas cannisters???
That seems unlikely to me.
Also, the Travis Scott Astroworld massacre seems as though it was along the same lines as this.

I thought it was strange that there was no video footage as to what happened immediately before, but it does seem like the other 3 suffered the same terrifying fate.
I didn't even think about the events involved in that Astroworld concert being similar. However, now that you mentioned it, I do remember hearing about abnormal frequencies that may have contributed to that horror show.💔 Truly evil.😔

Possible that 5G and the nanoparticles in the mRNA injections react in such a way as to cause internal combustion, or something along those lines.
Just a theory, but the Travis Scott massacre seems to have possibly been a trial run.
