Time to go into the map-making business
All of them will have to be redrawn to have North towards the top :)
We put a "Basis of Bearings" on our maps so they can compared with others through time. It's rare to see a contemporary map drawn on magnetic bearings. Even the old-timers in the late 1800's determined north by observing heavenly objects such as the sun and polaris.

That being said, flipping maps 180 degrees to accomodate deviation will be annoying, there might be a market for redrawn maps.
I hope I can retire first :)
