Decades of eating eggs every morning. Decided to give them up around a month ago. It makes me mad that my body and mind feel so good. Can't trust anything these days.
Raised on the farm ate out of the garden farm fresh eggs butchered our own meat Mom canned everything and I never got sick untill I left the farm .
Now I have cancer store bought food makes me nauseous 😩
