The congress we know now won't exist after Trump returns as the 19th president of our Constitutional Republic. I believe we have some major overhauls and political restructuring ahead of us. Nunes is probably already aware of this, and felt the oppurtunity to work closer with Trump was more attractive to him than his current position.
