This is good info to have/know. But one question... it doesn't say how much water to use. 3 inches in a pot but what size pot then?

Just cover rindes with water, bring to boil and turn on simmer for 2 hrs. DO NOT lift lid for 2 hrs. Add local honey at end to sweeten before drinking. Used twice and works. As well as for common cold.

Thank you for replying. I get the part to cover with water above the peels, about 3 inches. But it doesn't specify the size of pot to use to know about how much water. It would seem the amount of water would determine the strength or potency. Too much water = too weak and too little could = too strong.
