No, the inauguration was in front of the capital building. This is right in front of the White House.
It only takes a few hours to tear down the entire Rolling Stones Bridge of Babylon tour set with a few hundred people, I know I directed a tear down in NY. I bet this thing is making a lot of people nervous, that and all the buses.
