Few years ago, I went to an herbalist. I was suffering from migraines really bad. She ran a few tests and asked if I used aspartame. I said I used a lot because I wanted to avoid sugar. She told me to stop taking it ASAP. So she gave me a liver cleanse and I stopped using it. My migraines went away and never came back.
