Since smallpox has been talked about quite a bit recently, I thought I would just google. Eradicated since 1980. Can only emerge through bioterrorism...
Aside from a vaccine (hell no), the only cure Native Americans used was Pitcher Plant. I am not a doctor. Just researching alternatives in case we need to worry about an outbreak in the future.
