Employer Vaccine Policy BEATEN
I have good news to share!

In October, my employer released a policy announcing that all employees must be fully vaccinated against covid-19 by November 20 or face discipline up to termination.

Well, I handed a notice of liability to every offender, reminded them that this is Canada and vaccines are voluntary. Also, I mentioned I will not hesitate to file wrongful dismissal and human rights violation claims.

I stood my ground and victory prevailed.

Stand your ground as well.

I'm in Canada - my son-in-law in Ontario has been sacked from his manager position - pls provide more info.
