Yes - but not “can lead to organ damage,” rather “it LEADS to organ damage.” Cytokine storm is always fatal. This what the test animals for mRNA died from 100% of the time. This is what prevented mRNA “vaccines” from getting to clinical trial. It’s one of the many reasons the “Trojan Horse” plandemic was created.
